We are seeking a professional and reliable Vehicle Collection Agent to join the UK’s longest-established asset recovery firm. This is a field-based role involving the recovery and transportation of vehicles across the UK on behalf of major banks and financial institutions.

You will handle a variety of collections, including:

  • Pre-arranged repossessions
  • Voluntary surrenders
  • End-of-contract vehicle collections

Vehicles are transported using single-vehicle carriers to designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out vehicle recoveries in line with company and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data
  • Follow a structured, automated scheduling and route planning system
  • Ensure full compliance with operational procedures and legal guidelines
  • Deliver vehicles safely and efficiently to nominated destinations

About You

  • Proven experience in Vehicle Recovery or Field-Based High Court Enforcement (essential)
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop knowledge in relevant regulatory areas
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including early starts and late finishes
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to drive vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes (Category C1 licence desirable)
  • Based in Bristol/South West (mandatory)
  • Professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
