Outdoor Education Instructor
(Full-time, Term-time only, or Part-time options available)
Location: Middlesbrough/Heckington
Salary: £26,208 to £29,500 (depending on experience, qualification and Behaviour)

We\’re looking for passionate Outdoor Education Instructors to join our growing team, delivering meaningful outdoor experiences for young people across schools and children’s homes. Through long-term engagement, you\’ll help build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills – making a real impact every day.
