At Peak21, we specialize in acquiring large direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across the United States, Europe, and Asia, in addition to incubating our own. With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector. We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to join one of our portfolio brands, which is a well-known 100 million dollar brand in the D2C space. This position is full time in our London office.

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Identify and establish partnerships with YouTube influencers who align with the brand's values and messaging
- Manage relationships with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, and contract management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, social media, and marketing teams, to develop and execute integrated campaigns
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to influencer marketing campaigns
Who You Are
- A tertiary degree holder
- Fluent English speaker
- You are a fresh graduate or have some experience in influencer marketing
- Bonus point if you already have a proven track record in YouTube influencer marketing
- You’re an avid social media user and have a strong passion for digital brand building
- You’re thorough and detail-oriented, and are good at following processes
- You’re coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
- You love to keep things organized!
