At Peak21, we specialize in acquiring large direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across the United States, Europe, and Asia, in addition to incubating our own. With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector.
This role will support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and website merchandising initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing assets, campaigns, and merchandising updates are executed smoothly across digital channels. The position is full-time in London.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the design, creation of static and short-form video ads for social media and paid marketing channels, and develop variations of high-performing creative concepts.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events across digital channels including website, email, SMS, and social media.
- Manage website merchandising updates for launches, campaigns, and promotions, helping maintain product pages, collections, and marketing placements.
- Help coordinate and organize marketing assets and creative production including photography, video, and campaign materials.
- Support influencer collaborations and affiliate initiatives, including outreach, partnerships, and ambassador programs.
- Assist with community engagement initiatives and help monitor competitor marketing and merchandising activity.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or e-commerce, or a highly motivated graduate or early-career candidate who is eager to learn.
- Fluent English speaker
- Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and brand storytelling
- You understand what kind of marketing resonates with our core customer: millennial and Gen Z parents
- You have a strong eye for visual aesthetics and brand presentation
- You enjoy creating content and experimenting with creative ideas
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Tech-literate and comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly
- You take initiative and are proactive in solving problems
- You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

- Experience with Shopify, Figma, or video editing tools
- Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat
- Familiarity with digital marketing or e-commerce brands
