At Peak 21, we acquire and operate high‑performing direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) brands across the US, Europe, and beyond. Our portfolio generates over $200M in sales — all bootstrapped, profitable, and built for the long term. We don’t just buy brands; we scale them with a proven operator playbook. We’re looking for a Head of Growth to join one of our portfolio brands: a beloved, well‑established D2C baby essentials brand with strong recognition across the US & Europe. The brand did $24M in revenue last year (roughly 50% Shopify/DTC, balance wholesale + Amazon) and is profitable.
The Opportunity: $24M → $75M in 4 Years. This is not a maintenance role. We want to double the Shopify channel year‑over‑year while driving the overall business to $75M revenue by Year 4. That’s a ~33% CAGR — more than tripling revenue in four years. It means scaling owned channels aggressively, obsessively optimizing every part of the funnel (creative → offer → landing page → post‑purchase), and building a durable growth engine that compounds. This role sits at the center of that mission. You will own DTC growth end‑to‑end and have massive scope to experiment, build, and win.
Why This Role Stands Out:
- Direct mentorship from the founders of Peak 21 — You’ll work closely with the founders, real, hands‑on operator mentorship, not theory.
- Front‑row seat to the full scaling playbook — You will drive the experiments, capital allocation decisions, creative systems, and operational leverage in real time.
- 7‑figure upside + guaranteed next chapter — High performance here can lead to serious personal financial outcomes. Peak 21 alumni have already gone on to build incredible companies — this is your on‑ramp.
- You get to love the game at the highest level — Strategy, creative, PPC, offers, LPs, data, iteration, psychology of the customer — all of it. No corporate layers. Just results and learning.
If you’re an aspiring CMO, CEO, or founder who wants to see (and help create) how category‑defining D2C brands are actually built profitably, this is the role.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full DTC/Shopify growth engine and hit the 100% YoY channel target.
- Be the PPC master — scale Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels profitably while constantly finding new angles and audiences.
- Be the creative strategist savant — lead concepting, briefing, and iteration on thumb‑stopping ads and variations. You understand what stops the scroll and converts.
- Build and relentlessly optimize high‑converting landing pages, funnels, and offers. (Running ads + LPs + offers is non‑negotiable.)
- Run structured experimentation: creative tests, offer tests, audience tests, landing page tests — and double down on what works.
- Own the numbers: ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, AOV, contribution margin. You turn data into clear stories and decisions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with ops, creative production, email/SMS, and wholesale teams while maintaining full ownership of the DTC growth P&L.
- As we scale, help build and lead a small high‑output growth team or network of specialists.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of paid, hands‑on experience in growth/performance marketing or e‑commerce for D2C brands. We will make exceptions for people without the exact years if you have proven results running ads, landing pages, and offers at a high level.
- AI native – you use AI as a daily force multiplier — generating and editing creative, drafting and iterating copy, spinning up landing pages, automating reporting and workflows.
- You are a doer, not a delegator. A creative strategist + PPC master. You don’t just “manage ads” — you craft strategy and creative that moves the needle dramatically.
- You love the game: the strategy, the creativity, the data, the psychology, the wins, and the lessons from the losses. Obsessed with profitable growth and the full customer journey.
- You think in systems and loops, not just campaigns. Low ego, high output, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and ownership.
- Excellent at articulating ideas, learnings, and results — both in writing and verbally.
- London‑based preferred (or strong timezone overlap); fully remote is open for the right person.
Bonus points (not required):
- Shopify + Klaviyo or similar advanced ecom stack experience.
- Experience scaling a brand through the $10M–$50M+ range.
- You’ve run or tested your own D2C offers/side projects.
- Deep understanding of the parent/baby customer (you don’t have to be a parent).
We take applications seriously and read everything. Generic applications get ignored. If you have a portfolio, ad examples, landing pages you’ve built, or case studies — please share links or attachments. We want to see your work. We’re looking for people who love the game and can think and communicate at a high level. Show us how you think. This is a rare seat at the table. If you’re the operator who wants to help build something meaningful, get world‑class mentorship, make real money, and set yourself up for your own future success — we want to hear from you.
