We have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in our new store opening in the Co-op in Whitby. Located in this popular coastal town, inside the Co-op, the store serves a strong local customer base alongside seasonal visitors, making it a varied and fast-moving retail environment. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the store’s overall performance, driving sales, controlling costs and leading, developing and motivating your team. You’ll ensure high standards of customer service and visual merchandising are maintained, while adapting to peak trading periods throughout the year.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
