If you are looking to join our team of over 3000 employees across our 350 UK stores, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in our new store opening in the Co-op in Cranleigh. We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our new Peacocks store opening in Cranleigh. The store will be based inside the Co-op in Cranleigh, joining a busy shopping area with a strong local customer base. This is a great opportunity to take ownership from day one, building the team, setting standards and driving performance as the store establishes itself in the area. If you’re a hands-on, motivated retail leader who enjoys making an impact, this is a brilliant time to join the team.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
