Are you a fashion enthusiast with a flair for creativity? Here at Peacocks we have a fantastic opportunity for a Social Media Executive to join our Marketing department at our Head Office in Cardiff. With a rapidly growing Social Media community of 209k followers on Instagram, 220k on Facebook, and 18.This exciting opportunity will allow you to grow your skills while playing a key role in shaping our online presence. This role will involve supporting the planning, scheduling and creation of engaging content across all social media platforms Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.). • Create the content calendar and align with product drops, campaigns, and promotional activity. • Collaborate with the creative team to brief in assets, including stills, video, and UGC. • Track performance using platform insights and reporting tools to inform future strategy. • Work with influencers and content creators to amplify campaign reach. • Support with paid social campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team. • Attend store visits, events, or shoots as needed to capture behind-the-scenes or live content. • Help manage UGC sourcing and permissions, ensuring content aligns with brand standards. • Work collaboratively with external agencies on content development • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments and social media posts • Research and identify relevant influencers within the target market based on audience demographics, product and campaign requirements & brand alignment 1+ years\’ experience in a social media role, ideally within retail or fashion. • A creative eye and passion for visual storytelling. • Confident in writing copy in a tone that reflects the Peacocks brand.. • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
