We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Leighton Buzzard. Our store is situated in the heart of this historic market town in Bedfordshire, known for its strong sense of community and growing retail presence. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager by assisting in the day‑to‑day running of the store and ensuring costs are contained within targets.
- Drive sales by promoting sales and identifying opportunities for growth to maximise store profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and lead by example.
- Deputise for the Manager when required to ensure smooth store operations.
