We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Executive to join our office-based team in Coventry. This role is ideal for someone with a proven sales background who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is confident managing the full sales process.
Your Role
- As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and delivering high‑quality, compliant insurance sales.
- You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and convert enquiries into successful outcomes while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from enquiry to close
- Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions
- Prepare and present quotations in line with company and regulatory standards
- Achieve individual sales, conversion, and activity targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation
- Build strong customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction
- Work in line with compliance and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
- Strong track record of working in a target‑driven environment
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised with strong time management skills
- Positive, motivated, and results‑focused approach
- Comfortable working within a regulated environment
