Agricultural Service Technician

The role

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance of Agricultural machinery in depot and out on site.
• Completing job cards and any accompanying documentation such as PDI sheets, delivery forms, and photos as necessary.
• Working alongside the Sales and Parts departments to meet customer needs.
• Carrying out inspections of machines to conform with manufacturers\’ specifications and machinery regulations.

Ideal Candidate

• A flexible and motivated individual that is able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Relevant experience and qualifications.
• Able to commit to a 39-hour basic working week with additional overtime to suit the seasonal demands of the industry including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in Agricultural Engineering, plant, diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and fault finding (Previous experience in truck, bus or plant repairs would give a good start to the industry).
