About Peachy Den

Peachy Den is an internationally recognised fashion brand with a strong creative identity and a rapidly growing global community. The brand operates two UK retail stores (East London and Soho – opening February 2026) alongside a fast-scaling e-commerce and wholesale business. E-commerce sits at the heart of the business, serving as both the primary commercial channel and the brand’s global digital flagship.

We are seeking a highly driven Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of the trading performance and daily operation of the Peachy Den website. This role will be responsible for driving online revenue growth through best-in-class site merchandising, trading strategy, digital optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration. The Ecommerce Manager will work closely with the COO, Founder, marketing, and product teams to ensure the website delivers both a compelling brand experience and strong commercial results. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of fashion, product storytelling, and data‑driven commerce.

Role Overview

The Ecommerce Manager will own the commercial performance of Peachy Den’s digital storefront and act as the central point for all online trading and optimisation. This role requires a balance of analytical rigor and creative instinct, with a focus on translating the brand’s visual identity into a high‑performing, inspiring digital experience. The Ecommerce Manager will lead weekly trading analysis, manage site merchandising, and identify opportunities to drive conversion, basket size, and overall revenue. Working cross‑functionally, the Ecommerce Manager will ensure alignment between marketing campaigns, product drops, inventory levels, and on‑site presentation. This role is responsible for turning traffic and product assortment into measurable revenue growth while ensuring the website remains a best‑in‑class retail destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trading & Performance
  • Own weekly digital trading performance and deliver the brand’s DTC revenue targets
  • Analyse KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, traffic performance, and product sell‑through
  • Identify opportunities to optimise product performance, increase basket size, and improve the customer journey
  • Develop and manage the digital trading calendar in alignment with product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Site Merchandising & Customer Experience
    • Lead site merchandising across homepage, collection, and product pages to maximise sell‑through and customer engagement
    • Work closely with product and creative teams to translate seasonal storytelling and campaigns into compelling online merchandising
    • Ensure the website delivers a seamless, intuitive, and on‑brand shopping experience
  • Digital Optimisation & Growth
    • Drive continuous improvement across the e‑commerce funnel using A/B testing, analytics, and customer insight
    • Work with marketing to ensure campaigns translate into strong on‑site performance and revenue
    • Manage the Shopify ecosystem, including product uploads, merchandising, and third‑party integrations
  • Operational Coordination & Team Management
    • Oversee the Ecommerce & Customer Service Executive in relation to site updates, product launches, and trading initiatives
    • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure ongoing site improvement and innovation
    • Collaborate closely with the COO, Founder, marketing, and product teams to align launches, inventory, and campaigns

    Ideal Candidate

    • 4–7 years experience in e‑commerce, digital trading, or online merchandising within fashion, lifestyle, or retail
    • Proven ability to drive e‑commerce growth and improve conversion
    • Strong analytical skills and comfortable interpreting performance data, trading reports, and customer insights
    • Deep understanding of site merchandising, product presentation, and digital customer journeys
    • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
    • Collaborative and proactive, able to work across creative, marketing, and operations teams
    • Experience with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms; bonus: Klaviyo, Gorgias, Recharge, Nosto
    • Passionate about fashion, culture, and building distinctive brands online
