The Role

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Performance Marketing Executive to craft and execute a world-leading performance marketing strategy that fuels our ambitious growth plans. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our digital presence, driving customer acquisition, and optimising our marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a world-class performance marketing strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads & more.
• Analyze and share weekly insights on the best-performing brands, focusing on their creative strategies and ad copy.
• Focus on mapping and refining the customer journey to ensure Peachies’ ads remain relevant and impactful at every stage.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance to ensure strong ROI and customer acquisition growth.
• Build and conduct a comprehensive A/B testing schedule, analyse data, and use insights to drive improvements in performance.
• Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximise returns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ads that resonate with our audience.
• Report on campaign performance to stakeholders, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.
• Combine a sharp analytical mindset with a creative flair. Understand the balance between data-driven insights and compelling, on-brand storytelling. Bring fresh ideas to the table and collaborate with the team to execute innovative creative strategies.
• Build Landing Pages and post-click experiences that support acquisition and retention strategies.
• Support with the execution of the CRM strategy.

About the Perfect Candidate

The ideal Performance Marketing Executive is an ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’re not just passionate about marketing—you live and breathe it. Analytical yet creative, you combine a data-driven mindset with a knack for storytelling to captivate audiences and deliver exceptional results.

You will have:

• Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of driving growth.
• Expertise in managing and optimising paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Sheets, Looker.
• A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-first attitude.
• A passion for building brands and driving measurable impact.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a DTC or consumer goods brand.
• Familiarity with scaling marketing budgets in fast-growth environments.
• SQL or experience using BigQuery.
