Responsibilities

  • Support and lead the kitchen team as Sous Chef, cooking incredible food you’ll be proud to serve.
  • Provide training to ensure the kitchen team performs at a high standard and develops in their roles.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations and uphold standards across menus and service.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain a sense of family and belonging within the kitchen.
  • Assist with menu development and daily planning to deliver a fresh challenge with top British produce.
