We are looking for someone who can connect education with the real world, building strong employer relationships while supporting young people (16-19) to access meaningful work experience that genuinely prepares them for their future. The Role

You will lead the coordination and delivery of high-quality work experience, supporting Employability Coaches and curriculum teams to achieve outstanding student outcomes. You will play a key role in ensuring students don't just complete placements, but gain valuable, relevant industry experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting Employability Coaches, you will build and maintain strong, long-term employer partnerships, acting as the main point of contact throughout placements.
  • Source and secure high-quality work experience opportunities across a range of sectors.
  • Work closely with curriculum teams to embed work experience into study programmes.
  • Drive student engagement, participation, and completion, ensuring targets are met.
  • Carry out health & safety checks and risk assessments to ensure safe and compliant placements.
  • Use systems and data to track performance, monitor progress, and drive improvement (knowledge of Navigate is an advantage).
  • Promote opportunities to students and motivate them to take ownership of their work experience journey.
