We are looking for someone who can connect education with the real world, building strong employer relationships while supporting young people (16–19) to access meaningful work experience that genuinely prepares them for their future. The Role

You will lead the coordination and delivery of high-quality work experience, supporting Employability Coaches and curriculum teams to achieve outstanding student outcomes. You will play a key role in ensuring students don’t just complete placements, but gain valuable, relevant industry experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting Employability Coaches, you will build and maintain strong, long-term employer partnerships, acting as the main point of contact throughout placements.
  • Source and secure high-quality work experience opportunities across a range of sectors.
  • Work closely with curriculum teams to embed work experience into study programmes.
  • Drive student engagement, participation, and completion, ensuring targets are met.
  • Carry out health & safety checks and risk assessments to ensure safe and compliant placements.
  • Use systems and data to track performance, monitor progress, and drive improvement (knowledge of Navigate is an advantage).
  • Promote opportunities to students and motivate them to take ownership of their work experience journey.
