Care jobs in Milton Keynes: your questions

Do I need experience to work in care? No. Many of our best carers started with no experience. We provide a full induction, the Care Certificate and shadow shifts, so you never work alone until you feel ready.

Do I need to drive? For visiting care roles, a full UK licence and access to a car helps you reach more clients, and we pay mileage and travel time. Live-in and some children's roles may not need a car.

What checks will I need? We take two references and arrange an Enhanced DBS check, as required for all care roles in England.

How long does the process take? We aim to call every applicant within two working days. Once your checks are back, you can usually start your induction straight away.
