Are you an experienced and passionate Senior Architectural Technologist looking to advance your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative architectural practice renowned for delivering high-quality, large-scale projects across the UK and internationally.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in the technical delivery of complex projects, working closely with design teams to ensure that creative visions are brought to life with precision and in accordance with the highest standards. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a keen interest in architectural innovation.

Your responsibilities will include leading the technical development of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all designs meet regulatory and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants to integrate design intent into technical delivery, ensuring seamless coordination. Additionally, you will provide leadership to junior technologists and technicians, offering mentorship and technical support as needed.

You will oversee the production of detailed construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local building regulations. Regular technical reviews and audits will be conducted to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. Liaising with clients, contractors, and external consultants, you will ensure the smooth coordination of project delivery while resolving any technical challenges that arise. You will also be responsible for conducting site inspections to confirm that construction is carried out in line with approved plans and specifications, providing solutions to on-site issues.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of challenging projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, and residential developments. The firm fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment where your contributions will be valued, and you will be given opportunities for professional development and career progression through ongoing training and certifications.
