Peace Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Chargehand Joiner with proven experience installing and replacing fire doors in social housing settings. This is a hands-on role, working to programme ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance with fire safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, replace, and repair fire doors in social housing properties
- Ensure all work complies with fire safety regulations and standards
- Carry out door surveys, measurements, and preparation of materials
- Liaise with housing clients and tenants professionally
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report progress
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joiner / Chargehand
- Strong experience in fire door installation and replacement

- CSCS card preferred
