Are you a motivated and customer-focused professional looking for a rewarding career in sales? We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team, reporting to the Sales Manager. This role involves managing all aspects of the site sales complex, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry to legal completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the presentation of the sales complex and site to a high standard.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to potential buyers.
- Guide customers through show homes and site visits, showcasing our products effectively.
- Ensure all visitors are informed of and adhere to health & safety policies.
- Maintain accurate records using our in-house CRM system.
- Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors regularly.
- Arrange and facilitate home demonstrations with the Site Manager.
- Support customers post-completion with any queries or issues.
- Attend and minute weekly Sales/Site Meetings.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and colleagues to drive sales and suggest new strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applicants with transferable skills from industries such as Sales, Customer Service, Lettings, Mortgages, Estate Agency, Conveyancing, or the Airline industry. Candidates must be comfortable working weekends and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
- Monday, Friday: 10 AM – 5 PM
- Tuesday & Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11 AM – 5 PM
