Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

Location: Scotland (flexible on base office – hybrid working available)

Salary: Up to £51,500 + performance-related bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on wills, powers of attorney, guardianships, and estate planning
  • Managing executry and trust administration from start to finish

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Scotland (NQ+ considered, ideally with 1–3 years’ PQE in Private Client work)

  • STEP qualification or intention to work towards it (supported by the firm)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – empathy is key in this role
  • Proactive, organised, and client-focused mindset
