Salary: Up to £51,500 + performance-related bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on wills, powers of attorney, guardianships, and estate planning
- Managing executry and trust administration from start to finish
- Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in Scotland (NQ+ considered, ideally with 1–3 years’ PQE in Private Client work)

- STEP qualification or intention to work towards it (supported by the firm)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – empathy is key in this role
