Our client is looking for a Pre-Contracts Manager to spearhead work-winning activity across Scotland, owning the full bid lifecycle and leading a team to secure high-profile multi-disciplinary infrastructure contracts. It’s fast-paced, high-impact, and strategic — and you'll be working at the heart of the region's infrastructure growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading all pre-contract and bid activity across the region
• Coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary bid teams
• Preparing compelling PQQs, tenders, and client-focused submissions
• Working closely with senior leadership to identify and pursue key opportunities
• Continuously improving submission strategies based on post-bid feedback
• Mentoring authors and fostering a collaborative, winning culture

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong background in pre-construction or pre-contract management (rail, civils, or energy)
• Proven success with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors on major infrastructure bids
• Deep understanding of multi-disciplinary rail/civil engineering delivery models
• Strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
