A well-established main contractor is seeking experienced Project Managers to join their growing team delivering large-scale construction projects across Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, the business is looking to appoint Project Managers to lead the delivery of major developments valued £20m–£30m+ across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, and mixed-use.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a consistent project pipeline across the Central Belt and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality developments.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of construction projects
  • Leading site teams including Site Managers and Engineers
  • Managing subcontractor packages and project programmes
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Reporting progress to senior management

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering construction projects £20m+ in value
  • Background working with a main contractor
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent programme and commercial awareness
  • Experience delivering commercial, xwzovoh residential, or mixed-use developments
