A leading multinational energy and renewables company is looking to appoint a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects across its UK operations. The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to multiple project teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication, and strong reporting processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting project teams with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintaining trackers, logs, and project documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing actions and minutes
- Supporting reporting requirements and ensuring information flows effectively between stakeholders
- Assisting with general project governance and process adherence
About You
- Previous experience supporting project teams in an administrative or coordination capacity
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage trackers, logs, and documentation
- May be occasional travel to site / project
- Confident supporting meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Well organised, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Experience within energy, renewables, engineering, or infrastructure environments would be advantageous but not essential
