The portfolio includes industrial estates, retail units, office spaces, and ground leases, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic asset management and urban development in the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant relations while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
