Looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Glasgow team. You will play a key role in cost management, commercial control, and contract administration, supporting project delivery from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and maintain bills of quantities, cost plans, and tender submissions.
- Manage contract administration, including valuations, variations, and payment applications.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular forecasts and reports.
- Provide commercial advice and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve commercial issues efficiently.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on construction projects (commercial, industrial, or civil).
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and cost management.
- Proficiency in costing software and Microsoft Office; experience with CANDY, CostX, or similar is advantageous.
