We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Freelance Architectural Technician with a strong proficiency in Revit software to join our team. As part of our dynamic design team, you will play a key role in creating accurate and high-quality architectural drawings and 3D models for a variety of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using Revit.
- Assist in the development of 3D models and visualizations to support project design and presentations.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure designs are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
- Update and maintain project documentation, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical drawings for planning applications, tender documents, and construction stages.
- Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, health and safety standards, and sustainability principles.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of designs and adherence to deadlines.
Skills and Experience:
