You'll support a Project Surveyor in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and projects are delivered profitably.

  • Pre-construction and tendering
  • Contract administration
  • Assist in reviewing client briefs and defining project scope
  • Help manage subcontractor enquiries, procurement, and agreements
  • Contribute to project meetings and maintain contract documentation
  • Support subcontractor payments and variation management
  • Help prepare cost/value reconciliations and performance reports
