About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction business based in the Scottish Highlands. This is a key commercial role, responsible for managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with site teams, design managers, and senior leadership, playing a central role in planning, procurement, and commercial management. This position also includes leadership responsibility, managing and mentoring another estimator. This role offers the chance to work on diverse and rewarding projects across one of the UK’s most unique and scenic regions.
