A leading global consultancy is seeking an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer to join their expanding Building Services team. You will work on a wide range of projects across sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, defence, residential, and major public-sector programmes.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality electrical design solutions across multiple project stages.
- Produce design calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Support senior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, sustainability, architectural, and structural colleagues.
- Attend client meetings, design workshops, and site inspections as required.
- Contribute to digital design processes using tools such as Revit, CAD, and electrical design software.
- Assist in the development of design standards, best-practice processes, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Support junior team members where appropriate and engage in knowledge-sharing across the team.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience delivering electrical design within a consultancy environment.
- Good understanding of building services principles, regulations, and design standards.
- Competent in software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Dialux/Relux, Trimble/Amtech, or similar.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Keen interest in low-carbon design, digital engineering, and sustainable building solutions.
- Must be a British National.
