Property Manager – Edinburgh - £35k + Bonus We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing Edinburgh team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential property management experience who is looking for greater autonomy, career progression and the support of a collaborative team. You'll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. Managing repairs, maintenance and contractor relationships. Coordinating re-lets, tenancy renewals, inspections and rent reviews. Working closely with specialist lettings, accounts and inspections teams to ensure the smooth running of your portfolio. Participating in an on-call rota and occasional Saturday morning rota. Previous residential property portfolio management experience. A strong understanding of Scottish lettings legislation and PRTs.
