We are working with a highly regarded architecture practice in Edinburgh who are looking to appoint two experienced Personal Assistants to support senior stakeholders within the business.
These roles sit at the heart of a fast-paced, design-led environment and will suit individuals who thrive on responsibility, variety and working with senior professionals.
The roles
You will provide high-level PA support, ensuring senior leaders are organised, prepared and able to operate effectively day to day. The positions require a high degree of flexibility, as priorities can change quickly, however the business offers excellent hybrid working and a supportive, professional culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Extensive and complex diary management across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings, travel and schedules with precision
- Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
- Preparing documents, correspondence and presentations

- Anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior PA role, ideally supporting multiple or senior stakeholders
