I’m currently working with a leading residential developer who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Fife. With a strong pipeline of work across the East of Scotland, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-quality residential developments.
The Role:
- Managing project costs from inception through to final account
- Procurement and management of subcontractors
- Preparing valuations, cost reports, and CVRs
- Working closely with site and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Supporting commercial strategy across multiple live developments
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Experience within housebuilding or main contracting environments preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
