Whether you’ve delivered work for harbour authorities, port operators, local authorities, the public sector or wider marine and civil infrastructure clients, we’d like to hear from you.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of projects from early stages through to completion, acting as the main point of contact for your client and responsible for programme, cost, quality and risk.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, consultants and contractors, leading multidisciplinary teams on projects where delivery really matters.

Alongside delivery, you’ll mentor junior team members and contribute to business development as the team grows.

  • Supporting bids, proposals and business development.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team.

About You

You’ll already have experience delivering projects in a consultancy or client-side environment and be comfortable owning a project and managing client expectations.

Ideally, you’ll have

  • A strong background in Project or Programme Management within the built environment.
  • Experience delivering harbour, marine or wider infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage project finances.
  • The confidence to make decisions and stand behind them.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
