Responsibilities

The Role: As a Valuation Surveyor, you’ll be producing Red Book valuations across Edinburgh and the wider Central Belt, working with lenders, investors, and a diverse client base. You’ll deliver accurate, high-quality reports, analyse market trends, and play a key role in building strong client relationships. This is a growth hire, so you’ll step into an established pipeline of work with the chance to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Need

• MRICS / FRICS (minimum 2–3 years)
• Solid knowledge of the Scottish valuation market
• Experience preparing Red Book reports (ideally for lenders)
• Strong advisory and client-facing skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure
