Are you an experienced Property Manager or Senior Surveyor ready to take ownership of a varied commercial portfolio and work directly with a loyal, long-term client base? This is an opportunity to join a respected property consultancy with a strong reputation across Scotland. You’ll be managing a mix of office, retail, and industrial assets advising clients, managing budgets, and ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties on behalf of key clients.
- Act as main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Prepare and reconcile annual service charge budgets.
- Oversee rent collection, maintenance, compliance, and contractor management.
- Carry out property inspections and report on maintenance and H&S matters.
- Liaise with building surveying and FM teams to deliver a complete management service.
- Advise on lease events, rent reviews, and ways to improve asset performance.

- Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards it).
