Are you an experienced Property Manager or Senior Surveyor ready to take ownership of a varied commercial portfolio and work directly with a loyal, long-term client base? This is an opportunity to join a respected property consultancy with a strong reputation across Scotland. You’ll be managing a mix of office, retail, and industrial assets advising clients, managing budgets, and ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and performing at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties on behalf of key clients.
  • Act as main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and reconcile annual service charge budgets.
  • Oversee rent collection, maintenance, compliance, and contractor management.
  • Carry out property inspections and report on maintenance and H&S matters.
  • Liaise with building surveying and FM teams to deliver a complete management service.
  • Advise on lease events, rent reviews, and ways to improve asset performance.

About You

  • Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards it).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial property management.
  • Strong understanding of service charge management and financial reporting.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident dealing directly with clients and tenants.
  • Full UK driving licence.
