Job Description
I am looking for a temporary staff for 3- 6 months on a part-time basis (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).

This will be an EVH grade 4 post of repairs admin (£26,000 -30,000)
\n
\n
Day to day reactive repairs
\n
- \n
- Deal with calls and enquiries relating to repairs.
- Raise pre or post inspections for Maintenance Officers and utilise their diaries for dealing with technical inspections.
- Process works orders through QL.
- Correspond and communicate with customers regarding repair work, for example access arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with Contractors regarding jobs.
- Deliver letters.
- Liaise with utility companies.
- Assist with keeping Asbestos register up to date.
- Assist Repairs Assistant with the processing of invoices

Void Management
\n

- Assist the Housing Team by logging repairs after inspections are carried out.
- Monitor progress of voids daily and liaise with utility companies regarding Gas/Electricity problems, contractors and Allocations Officer to ensure voids are processed efficiently.

Other Duties
\n

- Assist with reception duties as and when required.
- Ensure contractors working in Association’s properties work to the code of conduct.
- Attend training courses and participate in corporate activities and operation working groups as required by the Association.
- Taking minutes of meetings when required.
- Assist Property Services Assistant with organising EICRs/AGS and attending forced accesses for EICRs/AGS.
- Log complaints on QL.
- Assist Maintenance Officers with SHQS stock condition reports on ongoing basis
- Assist Head of Property Services and Property Services Assistant with update of Asprey Asset Management System.
- Assist with customer satisfaction surveys.
