Peace Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary private practice as they look to appoint a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Glasgow.

You\’ll be involved in a diverse mix of projects, covering both residential and commercial buildings across all forms of construction. What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct acquisition surveys, condition reports, defect investigations, and measured surveys
- Provide advice on the design, construction, maintenance, and refurbishment of buildings Prepare schedules of work, technical specifications, and detailed reports
- Deliver and manage high-value projects under recognised building contracts
- Lead on party wall matters, building regs, planning,
- CDM and health & safety compliance
- Help win work through quality delivery and representing the business professionally
What we’re looking for:
- MRICS qualified
- Strong experience in contract administration, insurance reinstatement, and project delivery
- Comfortable running large-scale jobs independently
- Solid understanding of party wall legislation,
- CDM Regs (2015), building regs, and planning
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
