The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of this large-scale regeneration project from construction through to handover. You will lead site teams, manage programme delivery, maintain high safety and quality standards, and ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a large residential regeneration development
- Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
- Drive programme and project performance
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor budgets, quality, and project timelines
- Support and mentor operational teams on site
- Maintain excellent standards of customer satisfaction and build quality
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within residential construction
- Strong track record delivering large-scale housing developments
- Experience managing flatted developments and timber frame projects advantageous
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Commercially aware with strong programme management ability
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
