About the Role

Our client, a leading electrical and renewables contractor established in 2016, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow the sales operation in Dunfermline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and proven ability to deliver consistent results, particularly in driving, managing, and converting inbound leads generated through Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day‑to‑day sales function to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on growth and performance
  • Manage, nurture, and convert high volumes of inbound leads from Meta and Google ad campaigns
  • Analyse lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance to maximise ROI
