Location: Dunfermline

Salary: up to £55k per annum (DoE plus car allowance)

Founded in 2016, Peace Recruitment Services client is a leading electrical and renewables contractor. Due to continued growth plans, they seek a Project Manager to work on projects throughout the UK, ranging from small domestic works to large scale electrical installations for both public and private sector clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the electrical package from early design engagement through to completion
  • Lead project planning, procurement, coordination and delivery activities
  • Oversee subcontractors and site teams, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact
  • Monitor programme progress, cost control and project reporting
  • Ensure all works meet health, safety and industry standards
  • Support design reviews, technical queries and value engineering exercises
  • Attend progress meetings and prepare regular status reports

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience delivering electrical packages for an M&E contractor
  • Strong technical understanding of installation standards, testing and compliance
  • Proven ability to manage projects through full life cycle
  • Experience working in live or sensitive environments (care, healthcare, education, or similar) beneficial
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, plan ahead and maintain strong client relationships
