Peace Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of a well-established electrical and M&E contractor specialising in electrical installations, mechanical & electrical services, and renewable energy projects across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial management of electrical, and M&E projects
- Cost control, budgeting, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Negotiation with clients, electrical subcontractors, and suppliers
- Commercial reporting and financial forecasting
- Risk management across electrical and mechanical construction projects
- Supporting project managers and operational teams with commercial guidance
- Identifying new business opportunities within the electrical and M&E sector
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, Assistant Commercial Manager, or Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
- Background in electrical contracting, M&E construction, or building services engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar electrical or M&E role
- Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and contract administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
