Peace Recruitment Services is working in partnership with a growing EV infrastructure programme across the Scottish Highlands to source a Senior Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. This field-based role would ideally suit a commercially driven Contracts Manager with strong NEC4 expertise and experience in infrastructure or civils.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead NEC4 contract management
- Oversee commercial & financial performance
- Support EV infrastructure project delivery
- Ensure H&S (CDM 2015) compliance
- Manage stakeholders & quality standards
Requirements
- 3+ years’ contracts management (civils/infrastructure)
- Strong NEC4 administration experience
- Knowledge of CDM 2015 & UK H&S regulations
- Experience with public sector/local authorities
- Strong commercial & risk management skills
Desirable
- NEC4 accreditation or ICE / APM / RICS membership
- EV or renewable energy project experience
- NEBOSH / IOSH
