Peace Recruitment Services is working in partnership with a growing EV infrastructure programme across the Scottish Highlands to source a Senior Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. This field-based role would ideally suit a commercially driven Contracts Manager with strong NEC4 expertise and experience in infrastructure or civils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead NEC4 contract management
  • Oversee commercial & financial performance
  • Support EV infrastructure project delivery
  • Ensure H&S (CDM 2015) compliance
  • Manage stakeholders & quality standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ contracts management (civils/infrastructure)
  • Strong NEC4 administration experience
  • Knowledge of CDM 2015 & UK H&S regulations
  • Experience with public sector/local authorities
  • Strong commercial & risk management skills

Desirable

  • NEC4 accreditation or ICE / APM / RICS membership
  • EV or renewable energy project experience
  • NEBOSH / IOSH
