Peace Recruitment Services is working in partnership with a fast-growing EV infrastructure company to hire a Quantity Surveyor to support the rollout of charging projects across the UK. This is a commercially focused role where you’ll manage costs, NEC4 contracts, and procurement across multiple live projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage NEC4 contracts (payments, compensation events, risk registers)
- Prepare cost plans, Bills of Quantities, and tender documentation
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project spend
- Evaluate contractor pricing and manage final accounts
- Support delivery of EV infrastructure projects across the UK
What You’ll Need:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction/infrastructure
- Strong NEC4 knowledge (essential)
- Background in civils, utilities, or energy (preferred)
- Commercially sharp with strong stakeholder skills
