Peace Recruitment Services is working in partnership with a fast-growing EV infrastructure company to hire a Quantity Surveyor to support the rollout of charging projects across the UK. This is a commercially focused role where you’ll manage costs, NEC4 contracts, and procurement across multiple live projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage NEC4 contracts (payments, compensation events, risk registers)
  • Prepare cost plans, Bills of Quantities, and tender documentation
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project spend
  • Evaluate contractor pricing and manage final accounts
  • Support delivery of EV infrastructure projects across the UK

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction/infrastructure
  • Strong NEC4 knowledge (essential)
  • Background in civils, utilities, or energy (preferred)
  • Commercially sharp with strong stakeholder skills
