Overview: Peace Recruitment Services seeks skilled Electrical Technicians to join our client’s field-based team in the North of Scotland. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working outdoors, and being on the move. You’ll help install and maintain electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across the Scottish Highlands, often in remote and rural locations. If you’re practical, proactive, and customer-focused, this is a great opportunity to be part of the transition to a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Installing, commissioning, and testing EV charging units
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical and network faults
  • Responding to callouts when required
  • Ensuring all work meets safety standards and regulations
  • Completing service reports and compliance documentation
  • Working closely with colleagues, contractors, and site partners
  • Representing the company professionally on-site
  • Keeping tools, equipment, and your vehicle in good condition

  • Qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
