Overview
Peace Recruitment are working with a public sector organisation based in the Stirling area who are looking for a Work Planner/Scheduler on a 3-6 month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and keen to keep things running smoothly. The role is office-based, 5 days per week, and for the right person, there could be the potential for it to become permanent.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule housing property work, including repairs, maintenance, voids, and investment projects.
- Be the friendly first point of contact for tenants and service users.
- Track work progress, update systems, and provide reports.
- Coordinate with staff, contractors, and external partners to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
- Support the team in meeting deadlines and statutory obligations.
Requirements
- Experience using data systems and scheduling or programming work.
- Knowledge of building trade terminology.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing large datasets and reporting on performance.
Nice to have
- Experience with housing management systems or procurement processes.
- Experience handling complaints or customer queries.
