I’m currently working with a multi-award-winning residential developer who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business renowned for delivering high-quality homes, with an excellent reputation in the market and a strong pipeline of work across the East of Scotland.
The Opportunity
You will take full responsibility for the delivery of a live residential development, ensuring projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideally suited to a career-driven Senior Site Manager who takes real pride in their work and is looking to progress into a Contracts Manager role in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site teams to deliver high-quality residential units
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Maintain exceptional standards in line with NHBC requirements
- Manage subcontractors and site labour effectively
- Drive programme, quality and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with internal departments including commercial, technical and sales
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within housebuilding
- Strong track record of delivering NHBC award-winning or high-quality developments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and construction best practice
- Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress your career
