Are you a Project Manager with construction consultancy experience looking to take greater ownership of projects and progress towards a more senior position? We are working with an established international consultancy looking to strengthen its Project Management team. This is a client-facing role offering the opportunity to manage projects across the full lifecycle. You will be given genuine responsibility for your own projects while continuing to develop your commercial, contractual and leadership experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing small to medium-sized construction projects with increasing autonomy
- Supporting the delivery of larger and more complex projects and programmes
- Managing projects through the full project lifecycle
- Developing and managing project programmes
- Chairing project and stakeholder meetings
- Managing project risks, opportunities, change and reporting
- Supporting procurement strategy and contractor/consultant selection
- Preparing and evaluating tenders and contract documentation
- Supporting contract administration across JCT and NEC contracts
- Coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders
- Providing clear and accurate project reporting
