Glasgow City Centre | £33,000 per annum We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established property business based in Glasgow City Centre. This is a varied role suited to someone with strong residential property management experience who is confident managing the full tenancy lifecycle, from move-in through to move-out. The Role * Managing properties throughout the full move-in and move-out process * Preparing and managing leases and tenancy documentation * Handling tenant and landlord queries and maintaining strong relationships * Managing property compliance and ensuring relevant requirements are met * Coordinating inspections, maintenance and contractors where required * Processing and handling tenant references * Managing complaints and resolving issues professionally * Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records * Supporting the wider team with occasional property sales activity, although this will not be a major part of the role * Occasional property visits will be required, so access to your own car is essential; however, regular travel/visits will not be expected About You * Previous experience in a residential Property Management/Lettings role * Strong understanding of the full tenancy lifecycle * Experience dealing with leases, compliance and tenancy administration * Confident handling tenant and landlord relationships * Comfortable dealing with complaints and resolving issues * Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple properties effectively * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Salary: £33,000 per annum If you're an experienced Property Manager looking for a new opportunity in Glasgow City Centre, I'd be keen to hear from you
