Peace Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing, forward-thinking Property Management business as they continue to expand their presence across Scotland and the wider UK. Due to continued success and new instructions, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager, ideally MARLA accredited, to join their Edinburgh team.
The Role:As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, delivering a first-class service to both landlords and tenants. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious company where you\’ll have genuine career progression opportunities as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas
Conduct property inspections, inventories, and tenancy check-ins/outs
Handle maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and landlords
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures
Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
Manage rent reviews, arrears, and tenancy renewals
About You:
Previous experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role within residential lettings
Ideally MARLA accredited or working towards accreditation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance
Confident using property management software and MS Office
Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred
